The NPORS S001 Safety Awareness Course is designed for new site workers, labourers, and plant operators to gain a foundational understanding of health and safety in construction environments. It is suitable for individuals stepping onto construction sites for the first time or those seeking a refresher on safety practices. The course is mapped as a full equivalent to the QCF Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, making it widely recognized by employers

Certification and CSCS Card Eligibility
Upon successful completion, learners receive an NPORS S001 certificate, valid for five years. When combined with the CITB Health, Safety & Environment Operatives Test, this certificate allows participants to apply for the CSCS Green Labourer Card, which is required for many construction roles.
