Roger Connell is Kelston Sparkes Training School’s first ever trainer who joined us in 1999 when we first established our training offer. Over 24 years later, he’s still fully involved in training and testing on all our popular plant courses and is also an NVQ Assessor.

Roger’s knowledge is second to none and with such a wealth of experience under his belt, he is a fantastic asset to the training school.
