This is Andy, one of our qualified CPCS testers and trainers. He started training in August 2019 after working on site as an operator. He has since become a CPCS tester on rollers, forward tipping dumpers, articulated dump trucks telehandlers and wheeled loading shovels. A bit of an all-rounder you could say.

He’s also become a competent trainer in various other plant and equipment too.

This year he will be expanding his repertoire even further by expanding his tester card and joining our NVQ team. He’s a great asset to the Kelston Sparkes training team and always receives great feedback from our candidates
