Kelston Sparkes Training has been working with Wring Group since before the training centre was formed in 2002. The Kelston Sparkes team would organise for instructors to go on site to assess plant operators. Since the opening of the training centre, Wring Group has extended their requirements to include CPCS training, NVQ assessments and H&S touch screen assessments; which is 70% of the company’s total training needs. Mark Gracie at the Wring Group, books the courses with Pauline Derrick and Eleanor Cox at Kelston Sparkes;
“The team at Kelston Sparkes are second to none. They bend over backwards for all our candidates; supporting them with huge empathy and making provisions if they are, say dyslexic or non-English speakers. The team – including all the instructors – have an in-depth understanding of the industry and this is reflected in the quality of the training. They are, simply, very good at what they do”.
